Make extraordinary leadership routine! The LeadershipSOPs.App (SOPsApp for short) is an AI-infused, social and mobile, leadership enablement platform designed to support best practice discovery, execution, and continuous improvement.

With the SOPsApp, leaders build their very own, personal Playbook of SOPs by adding their own routines to the app, adopting crowdsourced SOPs from the Leader Legion community, and capitalizing on peer and M(ai) Coach recommendations.

Then, “Active” Playbook SOPs drive daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or even event-based Leadership Actions (checklist items) to the Gameplan, helping leaders remember and track their most important leadership activities.

  • Leaders can explore the user generated library of best practices (SOPs), adopt practices that resonate (into their own digital playbooks), create and share custom SOPs, review personalized recommendations (from M(ai) Coach as well as human mentors and coaches), obtain team feedback on select SOPs, and activate leadership reminders and action tracking.

  • Shortly after launch, we will be releasing account upgrades for practitioners with something to share, enabling them to promote and recommend their favorite SOPs, connect with potential clients, and "link" with leaders they are supporting — creating unprecedented transparency and accountability.

  • Future iterations of the product will allow organizations to develop and promote best practices by role, trigger SOPs with enterprise data and events (financial performance, employee start dates and anniversaries, key stakeholder engagement data, etc.), and track execution, lifting the veil on leadership activity and enabling advanced analytics on the effectiveness of key leadership behaviors.
