LeadershipSOPs App
Make extraordinary leadership routine! The LeadershipSOPs App (SOPsApp) is an AI-infused, social and mobile, leadership platform designed to support best practice discovery, execution, and continuous improvement. With the SOPsApp, leaders can add their own routines to their LeadershipSOPs Playbook, capitalize on peer and system recommendations, adopt crowdsourced SOPs from an expert or member of the user community, and co-create SOPs alongside their AI or human coach. Next, an AI Chief of Staff prepares a daily Gameplan (by team) of the Leadership Actions required to match leadership aspirations with consistent perspiration, creating a log of activities by team and leadership dimension.

Leaders can browse the user generated library of best practices (SOPs), adopt practices that resonate (into their own digital playbooks), create and share custom SOPs, review personalized recommendations (from the app, mentors, and coaches), engage an AI-powered digital coach, obtain team feedback on select SOPs, and activate reminders and execution tracking.

Shortly after launch, we will be releasing account upgrades for practitioners with something to share, enabling them to promote and recommend their favorite SOPs, connect with potential clients, and "link" with leaders they are supporting — creating unprecedented transparency and accountability.

In future iterations of the product, organizations will be able to develop and promote best practices by role, trigger SOPs with enterprise data and events (financial performance, employee start dates and anniversaries, key stakeholder engagement data, etc.), and track execution, lifting the veil on leadership activity and enabling advanced analytics on the effectiveness of key leadership behaviors.
